Jakub Hošek studied Contemporary history at Charles University in Prague and has been working as an editor of online projects at the Czech TV Archive since 2017. He specializes in the history of the interaction of the Secret Police and the Opposition in the socialist Czechoslovakia. His work at Czech TV Archive focuses on making archival audiovisual content accessible online and promoting the Czech TV Archive collection by doing lectures or writing articles. He has contributed to several notable projects, including the online board game 1989: Action Freedom, the interactive comic Television Against Tanks, and the podcast Behind the Scenes: Kavčí hory. Currently, he is developing the Reporters project, supported by the FRAME Mentoring programme.
